SriPujalay offers delivery across India, subject to courier serviceability for the delivery address.

Some remote, restricted or difficult-to-service locations may have limited delivery availability or require additional delivery time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification, where applicable.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume and other operational circumstances.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, it will be handed over to an appropriate courier or logistics partner.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our usual estimated delivery timelines are:

Kolkata: 2–5 working days

Rest of India: 5–10 working days

These are estimated delivery timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Remote locations and certain serviceable areas may require additional time.

Delivery Delays

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Delivery Address

Please check your name, phone number, PIN code and complete delivery address carefully before placing your order.

SriPujalay cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you realise that your delivery information is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will try to assist where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Failed Delivery

The courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts depending on its service procedures.

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the parcel is refused or the courier cannot contact the recipient, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

Any re-shipment or refund arising from a failed delivery may be subject to applicable shipping or return-to-origin costs.

Receiving Your Order

Please check the package when you receive it.

If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged, please take photographs before opening the parcel and contact SriPujalay if the product inside is damaged or incorrect.

For damaged-product claims, an unboxing video can be helpful during the review process.
